Project Description

Construction of Angola's new primary international gateway in Bom Jesus, Icolo e Bengo, 40 km east of Luanda. The airport features two 4,000-meter runways capable of handling the largest commercial aircraft, a 300,000 m² passenger terminal with capacity for 15 million passengers annually, a cargo terminal, and aviation maintenance facilities. The mega-project replaces the constrained Quatro de Fevereiro Airport and positions Luanda as a regional aviation hub. Terminal construction is complete with commissioning and operational readiness underway.
