Project Description

A luxury coastal tourism development spanning 15 km of pristine Atlantic coastline in Sumbe, Cuanza-Sul Province. The master-planned resort community includes a 400-room five-star hotel, 120 private beachfront villas, an 18-hole signature golf course, a deep-sea marina, a wellness spa, and a conference center. The development aims to position Angola as a premium Atlantic Ocean tourism destination. Phase 1 includes the hotel and golf course. The project partners with local communities for workforce development and sustainable fishing programs.
