Project Description
A cocoa processing factory project aimed at adding value to Uganda's cocoa production by establishing processing facilities to transform raw cocoa beans into semi-finished and finished cocoa products. Uganda produces high-quality cocoa, particularly in the western and central regions. The project seeks to capitalize on growing global demand for cocoa products by establishing local processing capacity, creating jobs, and increasing export earnings from value-added cocoa products. Aligned with the National Development Plan III and Uganda's agro-industrialization agenda. Unique selling points: strategic location, investor-friendly policies, access to regional markets (EAC, COMESA, AfCFTA).
