Continuation of the national electrification policy to provide electricity access for all citizens. Part of Axis 1 (Strengthening social inclusion) under the Togo 2025 Government Roadmap, this project aims to expand the electricity grid to underserved and rural areas, ensuring universal access to power as a basic service.
