Project Description

Development of a new deep-water port at Ndayane to serve as a major maritime hub for West Africa, enhancing trade logistics and regional connectivity. The port strengthens Senegal's booming logistics ecosystem connecting regional and global trade hubs, and supports the country's strategic positioning as a natural gateway to global markets. With direct access to over 400 million consumers through ECOWAS and proximity to European and American markets, the port is a critical component of Senegal's connectivity infrastructure development under the Senegal 2050 agenda.
