Project Description

The Diamniadio Industrial Platform is an integrated industrial zone designed to attract foreign direct investment and promote local manufacturing and processing. Part of Senegal's broader strategy to build a dynamic private sector integrated into global value chains, the platform supports the country's transformation into a competitive economy with growth drivers in competitive territorial hubs. It leverages Senegal's strategic geographic location, access to the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) representing 1.3 billion people and USD 3.4 trillion combined GDP, and membership in ECOWAS (420 million population).
