Project Description

Quthing Hydropower Project - identification and pre-feasibility studies were funded by the Austrian Government in 1984. The project was approved by SADCC Energy Ministers in 1989 as SADCC Project 3.3.5. The site became the preferred site for development after feasibility study for sites to be developed for Phase 2, with detailed designs being done.
