Project Description

Infrastructure for trade project proposed by MG&R Solutions Limited, comprising two key components: (1) an air cargo terminal at Prempeh I International Airport in Kumasi featuring cargo handling services, warehousing, CCTV security, customizable office rental space, banking and insurance floor, and ground transportation access; and (2) truck rest stops along major highways and inter-regional trade routes in key cities including Tema, Sekondi-Takoradi, Kumasi, Techiman, and Tamale, providing rest facilities, mechanic services, and safety amenities for truck drivers transporting bulk goods domestically and to neighbouring countries, supporting Ghana's ambition to become Africa's trade hub.
