Project Description

A combined national infrastructure initiative featuring: (1) Construction of a Tier 4 sovereign data center to enhance digital sovereignty, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and secure government data management; and (2) A national project designed to convert municipal waste into renewable energy, improve sanitation, and advance sustainable environmental management.
